Penalties and Appeals

Moderators are entrusted with the authority to impose a wide variety of sanctions.
Claiming ignorance is not a valid reason - you were required to read this as a condition to signing up
Users not following the rules will be hit with one (or more) of:
  • Warnings
  • Deleted torrents (for uploaders)
  • Loss of download privileges
  • Ban
If you have any dispute with a moderator, please contact them privately.
If the issue still cannot be resolved, then contact an Administrator.
Sysops will intervene ONLY when the Administrators forward the issue to them.

General rules

  • Do not defy the moderators expressed wishes!
  • Do not auction or sell burned copies of our files!
    This will result in an automatic ban, and legal action will be taken against you.
  • If uploading our torrents to other trackers, you must provide a link back to this site. (See the FAQ for details.)
  • Disruptive behaviour in the forums will result in a warning ( ).
    You will only get two warnings! After that it's a permanent ban

Downloading rules

  • Access to the newest torrents is conditional on a good ratio! (See the FAQ for details.)
  • Low ratios may result in severe consequences, including banning in extreme cases.

General Forum Guidelines

  • No aggressive behaviour or flaming or trashing of other peoples topics (i.e. SPAM).
  • Please keep posts in English (Game titles and direct quotes from Japanese articles are excluded from this rule).
  • No systematic foul language (and none at all on titles).
  • No links to, requests for, or posts of warez or crack sites, serials, CD keys, passwords or cracks.
  • No images larger than 800x600, and preferably web-optimised.
  • No double posting. Please edit your post if your post is the last post in the thread.
  • Please ensure all questions are posted in the correct section!
    (Game questions in the Games section, Anime questions in the Anime section, etc.)
  • Last, please read the FAQ before asking any questions!

Avatar Guidelines

  • Your images must be a GIF, JPG, or PNG image with a maximum width of 150px and maximum size of 150KB.
  • Do not use potentially offensive material involving porn, religious material, animal / human cruelty or ideologically charged images. If in doubt PM a moderator.
